Beyond Cake Decorating Take your cake decorating to new heights with tiered cakes! You will learn how to properly dowel and stack a fondant-covered tiered cake. You will also learn more advanced fondant decorating techniques along with the basics of working with gum paste and creating gum paste flowers. Prerequisite: Cake Decorating GINT 0153 or equivalent experience. $175 Jan 24-Feb 7, Tuesdays, 6-9pm.
